Ana Luiza da Conceição Tenório

He has a degree in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (2016), a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (2019) and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (2023), with a sandwich period at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. She is currently a substitute professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He has experience in the area of Mathematics, with an emphasis on Category Theory, working mainly on the following topics: beam cohomology, quantales, Grothendieck topos and elementary topos.

Areas of interest:

My research interests involve category theory and applications. Currently, I am particularly interested in the use of beam theory and homological algebra in deep learning and how to add and model uncertainty in this context. My doctorate was on a generalization of the category of beams, from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo (IME-USP), with a sandwich period at the University of Düsseldorf. I completed a master's and bachelor's degree in mathematics at IME-USP.
