He has a degree in Computer Engineering (2007) from PUC-Rio, a master's degree (2009) and a doctorate (2014) in Computer Science also from PUC-Rio. Its main areas of activity are Software Engineering and Distributed Systems, focusing on: software quality, high performance computing (HPC), self-adaptive systems and recovery-oriented systems. Thiago is also a serial entrepreneur, developing startups and innovation projects over the last 12+ years.
